Before the visit

HEQC person responsible for each institution

• Names communicated to institutions.
• Site visit dates.
• Customising the schedule.
• Liaison role and point of contact.
• Coordinating the visit (HEQC) - Panel, Additional documents, etc.
• Visits the institution (two weeks in advance).

Institution’s responsibility

• Arrange appropriate venues.
• Prepare documents and necessary data sets for display – (evidence).
• Make arrangements with students, alumni, staff, management, and TP schools – (interviews).
• Ensure – no unnecessary delays.
• Communicate schedule changes to the HEQC.

During the site visit

• Day 1: Reading
