The Quality Promotion and Capacity Development Directorate hosts seminars and workshops on a variety of topics, with the aim of promoting an ongoing conversation about quality improvement in higher education.

These events provide the opportunity to consider and debate issues in higher education policy, the effects of programme accreditation and institutional audits, and other issues of interest to higher education institutions and to the HEQC.

The directorate hosts three major forums:
