Biography Mr Alphios Sibuyi joined the HEQC in 2002. He is an administrator in the Institutional Audits Directorate. He is responsible for administration of documentation pertaining to projects in the directorate. Mr Sibuyi has both a Bachelor of Administration degree and an honours degree. He majored in Industrial Psychology and Public Administration. He likes sports.
