Ms Desiree Fisher joined the Council on Higher Education (CHE) in April 2009 as Organisational Secretary.
Prior to joining the CHE, Desiree worked at the Human Sciences Research Council (HSRC) as Office Manager of the Centre for Poverty, Employment and Growth from 2004. She also worked for Productivity SA as Executive Assistant and Secretariat to the South African Productivity Council and the Pan-African Productivity Association.
Ms Fisher’s has over thirty years working experience and her qualifications include studies in Accounting and Marketing Management. She has served on several notable professional bodies and community development organizations.
