Ferie Samadi joined CHE as Senior Manager: Operations in the Accreditation Directorate in July 2011. She has worked at UNISA for the last 11 years as Senior Lecturer, Program Coordinator, Chair of the Department of Civil and Chemical Engineering, and acting Director of the School of Engineering. She has many years of teaching, research and industry experience. She has worked as process engineer, water engineer and research engineer for chemical and mining industry.
Ferie has a BSC and MSc in Chemical Engineering. She is working towards her PhD in the field of Engineering Education. She is a Professional Engineer from South Africa (Pr Eng), and a Professional Engineer from Canada (P Eng).
