Job Masekoa joined the Council on Higher Education in March 2005 as a Data Capturer in the Accreditation and Coordination Directorate. In 2006 he moved to the Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate, collecting and processing student and staff data to compile institutional profiles. In 2007 his role expanded to include research into institutions and national demographic data. Since February 2009, Job has held the position of Data Analyst in the Monitoring and Advice Directorate.
Job has a diploma in information technology and a certificate in religious studies. He is currently studying towards a BA in human and social studies (Philosophy, Politics and Economics) through UNISA. He enjoys driving and playing different musical instruments.
