Ms Lolo Allies joined the CHE in January 2006 as Secretary to Dr Lis Lange, then Director of Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate. In January 2007, she was promoted to the position of Personal Assistant to Dr Lis Lange, then Acting CEO and Executive Director: HEQC. Then in July 2008 she was appointed in the office of the CEO as Personal Assistant.
Before joining the CHE, Lolo worked at Sanlam as Branch Administrative Assistant from 2003 to 2005. She also worked at the Center for Higher Education Transformation (CHET) as the Project Secretary for the Capacity Building a project funded by the USAID.
Lolo obtained a National Diploma in Commercial Administration from Technikon North West (currently known Tshwane University of Technology).
