Ntokozo Thabo Bhengu joined the Council On Higher Education (CHE) on the 6th of April 2010 as a Junior Researcher in the Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate.
Preceding to that he was a full-time Honors student at the University of KwaZulu-Natal where he did his Bachelor of Social Science Honors Degree in Public Policy and Development Studies. He holds an undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Social Sciences majoring in Politics, Philosophy and Law. He is currently registered for a masters degree at the University of the Witwatersrand in Policy and Development Management (P&DM)
Besides work Ntokozo enjoys watching and playing soccer, spending quality time with family and friends.
