Presentation by Dr M Makhafola (Interim Director: Quality Asssurance, Walter Sisulu University) to the Student Quality Literacy Workshop held on 7 October 2005 at Tshwane University of Technology, on 10 October 2005 at the Durban Institute of Technology as well as on 11 October 2005 at the Walter Sisulu University. These workshops were part of a series of three regional workshops, aimed at promoting student involvement in quality assurance structures in the Higher Education Institutions.
