Ntokozo Thabo Bhengu joined the Council on Higher Education (CHE) in April 2010 as a Researcher in the Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate.

Prior to that he was a full-time Honours student at the University of KwaZulu-Natal where he did his Bachelor of Social Science Honours Degree in Public Policy and Development Studies. He holds an undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Social Sciences majoring in Politics, Philosophy and Law. He is currently registered for a Master’s degree at the University of the Witwatersrand in Policy and Development Management (P&DM)

Outside of work, Ntokozo enjoys running, watching and playing soccer and spending quality time with family and friends.
