Dorah Motlhalifi joined the CHE in December 2004 as an Administrative Assistant in the Supply Chain Management section in the Corporate Services Directorate. Ms Motlhalifi holds a National Diploma in Office Management & Technology from the Technikon North-West (now known as Tshwane University of Technology). She is currently registered at UNISA for the Programme in Public Procurement and Supply Management.
